Loving your stories and giving me hope. First dose of EC will be this Friyaaay - feeling super nervous but as others have written- need to get that first dose out of the way. Hoping to manage to cold cap but ok if it doesn’t work for me otherwise-any general tips for what i need to think about/ take with me for the first session… ? The posts I’ve read have been so encouraging - thankyou Team!
