Hi @jayb73 it is normal to feel everything you have, we have all been there. @carrie5 has given some excellent advice. Try to distract yourself. I find the simple things the best. Walk in the park, listen to the birds, watch the clouds and try to decide what they look like. I posted earlier the opening times for the helpline.
MacMillan have a helpline, couldn’t find out if their hours have changed but normally it’s 7 days a week 8-8 on 0808 800 0000 and outside of that time Samaritans are always there to listen 116 123.
