Glad you had a nice walk. I was told to stop all vitamins and supplements as they could interact with treatment. I think eat as well as you can, sleep, if you can and exercise, it will all help.
I also successfully cold capped on Paclitaxel. I had thinning and two small patches above my ears, I think from my glasses, so if you wear them place them over your cap.
Depending on your chemo routine can depend on how successful cold capping can be and there are some regimes where it doesn’t work at all. Really important to know how cold capping works and if it’s right for you and your treatment, correct application can be the difference between losing and keeping your hair. I had thick hair in a long bob which I had cut into a pixie for chemo, very long hair can be more problematic. Although I met a younger lady who thinned on top and wore a baseball cap and you wouldn’t know she had an issue, with the long length.
