@bravetreacle1 ouch to your poor tendons. I started off on Letroxzole and it floored me. I had a lovely understanding oncologist who did listen…….he took me off it and moved me to examastane. I was much better on that. At 7yrs though that affected my higher executive functioning (and some, in my humble opinion, as I could no longer write a simple report) and it was stopped They wanted 10yrs they got 7yrs. Then research came out showng exactly what I was experiencing…..I mentioned it to my Oncologist. We are not inventing these horrible side effects. They do happen. They are real as we have all been saying so for years.
My adjustable bed despite its currently too short matress is shored up with thick plywood wrapped in a wool blanket. 
It works…. And omg its heaven. Im sleeping so much much better….but I have to remember to lower it flat before attempting to climb out! Arrgh! 
So ladies Ive rediscovered sleep…..Yay! (Still got the symptoms sadly but it quietens them.
And I think Tempur are truly sorry They sent me a very large box…. & below are the contents!
