Hello there It seems we are somewhat a rare kind with only 5% with this subtype! Are you having treatment before surgery? I had surgery first as it was suspected DCIS with microinvasion no lymph involvement then after surgery pathology showed it was actually a 46mm idc within DCIS with 2/3 positive lymph nodes under the microscope. I start treatment tomorrow 4 x fortnightly EC, 12 x Paclitaxol alongside 18 rounds of Phesgo
