I would consider a reduction if you start getting neuropathy bea4. Thats the one main side effect they want to avoid. Mine stopped after I went down to 70%. It stopped it straight away. You are so near to the end, a reduction wont make any significant impact on outcomes now. They start us high, knowing most people need reductions near to the end. You have to do whats right for you, but dont worry if they do reduce the amount of chemo. I panicked when chemo was cancelled, then reduced. But I am soooo glad they did all that now.
Yep, I definitely cant overdo anything when I start sweating so quickly. 
. It’s like my body has its own early warning system now.
. So at that point I stop straight away and rest . I can tell my HB and Iron are very low still..
My “angst moments” are the worst i.e. . not being told about meds/progress. The sudden shock moments. The not prepared moments.. Those are seriously tricky. They are very draining.
But, I went for half an hour to the allotment today with my friend. Not been down for weeks. Oops. Well I stood around supervising whilst he did the supa triffid weed destruction. .
As soon as I tried to bend down the sweating started. 
So I decided I was best placed, bagging up and taking invasive weeds to the tip, buying weed suppressant (why dig up weeds when we can cover them over
). Then doing a mini shop, and getting a new tyre on my old car. That has also been neglected during chemo. Oops.
Next …. the drizzle started. 
Perfect timing. Back home to rest. Catch up with some friends. Film session. Then sleep.
