Good to hear you ate loads of your yummy grub today. Even though the taste was a bit of a let down, at least your nose didnt let you down, and you could smell it. :nose: The Good Cause can wait till next time @bea4 :rofl::rofl: .

Roll on to taste bud recovery. :face_savoring_food::face_savoring_food::tongue:.

I had tomato and cheese tortelloni @baldiesrus . Compliments of Sainsburys. :wink:Mixed with Philadelphia cheese, stirfry veg, and garlic and black pepper rapeseed oil. All microwaved in 3mins . Total Prep time 4mins …. Im such a cheat.:rofl::joy::joy::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:. Even my chicken curries are a cheats one from Rafies. Throw in to a pot, with coconut milk, meat, veg and ignore for an hour in the air fryer. Tastes yummy.

I love veggie food. Its packed with flavour and variety. :face_savoring_food:. But I need meat for my iron (which gets critical), and Protein, but veggie food really compliments my dishes.

Again I cheat though, as it would be expensive buying all the ingredients in separately, when there is only me. Ive thrown away so many herbs and spices over the years, simply because I couldnt get through them.

I remember 35 years ago when veggie food was just taking off. My daughters friend just ate the potatoes and three veg (meat excluded) and perhaps some cheese. It sounded so awful. But nowadays recipes are beyond wonderful. If I see a Veggie cafe, I choose those over any other. Luckily we have three great ones in my town. And all of them do takeaways. :face_savoring_food::rofl:.

Have a good night sleep ladies.:sleeping_face::person_in_bed::person_in_bed: We need it after all this yummy food talk.:rofl::rofl:
