Chin and lower lip numbness
Hello I hope it’s ok to post this,
I’ve been experiencing numbness in my chin and lower lip for a while now, I had an mri back in March and thankfully all clear and it was put down to neuropathy of the face. I’ve had peripheral neuropathy down the left side of my body since chemo finished May 25. It’s frustrating but slowing learning to live with it and cope with late side effects.
So in the last couple of weeks it’s been getting worse in my lower face and jaw especially when I’m in closing my eyes. It’s not been an easy process trying to get seen by oncology but I finally have a consult next week
Has anyone had experiences with numb chin syndrome, google is frightening me with recurrence and also facial paralysis
