Thought I’d share as this has worked well for when I’ve been to all my appointments with my husband. We both have apple phones, but I’m sure there is the equivalent for android that you could use.
We have a shared notes page that we can both see. So I have the notes open, and go through each question with my consultant. My husband also has the notes page open and listens to the consultant but he also writes into the notes page on his phone what is said so we have a record of all the information.
He also types in questions that come to him during the appointment.
At the end, my husband goes through all the questions and the information again with the consultant to ensure that we have all the information (it helps to hear it again as it’s always too much to process). The consultant usually adds on more information whilst he is going through it too.
