Wow that’s amazing being back in the gym doing the rowing machine within 3 wks, just the thought of it makes my arm hurt haha.
Thanks for your advice about keeping up with the exercises, I shall keep doing them everyday. My best friend had cording and she said it was so painful, glad you got yours sorted out.
