Hey ladies - I had post surgery meeting yesterday. Final tumour size was 15mm (from 30mm), margins were clear and nodes that were removed were clear!! Officially I am “know cancer” free!!!
I have oncology on Friday to agree next steps but think it’s going to be Radio end of April/early May and Immuno (Pembro) for a further 6 months.
It’s so surreal - Couldn’t really celebrate yesterday as had a parents evening followed by a dance recital and we didn’t get everyone in bed until 10.30 - have woken up this morning a bit lost as to how to feel and what to do!
@anim4l That slide is very helpful and a real indication of the post treatment era we are facing/entering.
