Hi, I had the same problem with Tamoxifen. The first few months went ok then the longer I was on the drug things got worse. Awful fatigue, constipation, cramp in my legs, dry thining brittle hair, nails peeling and just a feeling of being unwell all the time. The worst thing was I felt irritable all the time and the hot flushes were constant. I have been off Tamoxifen for 10 weeks now and are feeling so much better. I was also told it would only be a difference if 1% or 2% of reoccurance which I considered was worth the risk for a better quality of life. Our lives are changed for every after BC without feeling miserable for the next 5 years.
