@mrs_sunflower thinking of you, what a terrible time you are having, one surgery, is one to many let alone three.
I think a chat with your breast cancer nurse is needed, maybe even a second opinion, another surgeon may consider a reconstruction at the same time, this would avoid another anaesthetic. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful to you, however would like to wish you health and happiness going forward.
