Went to the Onc today, They gave my wife FEC number 8. We asked how many is max they said 10 due to possible heart problems, however they would continue if they could.
She ( Onc ) said that " due to my wife´s condition " they would keep it going as long as they could.
She has already had 11 X Taxotere and 18 months of Xeloda and we think they have run out of options.
Has anyone else had 10 FEC ? if so what came next, I am trying to see if I can find any optyions left open.
On the plus side she did say her liver was a lot better.

I think you are in Spain, maybe they do things differently. Due to my condition I was told I would stay on taxol for as long as I could manage it. Came of in May but will be going back on it in Sep I think.
Glad your wifes liver is looking better, it is an amazing organ!

Sorry Terry I can’t help, I had 6 FEC as part of my treatment for BC that hadn’t spread.

I think it called an oath that we all take " in sickness and in health " well I have had many happy years with her in health so it is pay back time while in sickness, I would not have it any other way.
