Hi,
Had my 1st mammogram after dx this week and was well pleased it was clear! Was especially pleased as i was given the results the same day it was done! I had expected to wait a week or so for the results so it’s great that they are thinking about the anxiety this check up brings and yes, it was on the NHS!
Thanks for listening to my worries, rants, questions etc, this site really is the best!
Still considering Lipofilling for my dent!

I had it done at the local hospital, i had had my routine mammograms done at a breast care clinic. One of the surgeons gave me the results after a check over as well - which i found reassuring as i feel that i may miss anything untoward. I was dx after a routine mammogram and didn’t have any lumps, but had thickend tissue which you could only feel in certain positions. I have lost trust in myself to find anything, so glad of the annual checks.

A year ago today I had a mammogram, ultra-sound and biopsy which led to Chemo, Rads and now Tamoxifen. Yesterday, one year on, I had my 1st Mammogram since that time and am pleased to say was told it was clear
