Hello, I am a 20 year old female and this my just be paranoia but i am a little frightened. I am in no possible way pregnant but in the last month and a half my breasts have been hurting extremely badly. my right more than my left. It is very painful to the touch and the inside is harder and denser on my right than my left. bras make the pain worse and so dose lifting or running. Am I just paranoid? Thank you everyone

While you are waiting for replies could I suggest that you visit your GP and get this checked out, as it is important that all changes to the breasts should be checked. To reassure you the majority of breast changes are not related to breast cancer but do need to be checked.
