I was diagnosed 7 years ago today just coming up for my 60th birthday. I had my birthday in hospital. A brilliant nurse called Michael arranged for a birthday cake and tea with all the other ladies there at the same time. His and all the other staff’s kindness has always remained with me.
I can hardly believe how quickly the time has passed. I still go for checkups but I am keeping well (thank God).
I hope this lifts someone else’s spirits and wish all you lovely ladies and their family or friends going through treatment well.
Take care
Love Thistle xx

Happy Birthday! May you have many many more and thanks for coming back 7 years after your DX. Sometime BCC can seem full of doom and gloom but we need more ladies like you to inspire us and give us hope for a long future before us.
