Abnormality On X-Ray

Hi,
I’m one of lifes worriers, so popped by to see if anyone can help.
I have Dad in hospital at the moment with terminal prostate cancer, so the latest news from my partner Joanne has hit me like a lead balloon.

Jo was diagnosed July 2010 with 1.4cm IDC, E++ P? and Her -
She started Chemo, but because of a bowel infection dues to crohns disease she quickly became septic, and couldn’t have anymore than one.
Her Onc said it definately wasn’t worth the risk, so she just had Rads, Tamoxifen and Zoladex. She was never offered a CT scan, and nothing is ever mentioned at follow up meetings.
She has been getting pains down the side of the lumpectomy and tingling under the breast.
Her GP sent her for an Xray, and she has now been referred for a CT scan due to abnormalities on the lung on the opposite side to the pain.

Has anyone else had mets found without any symptoms?
I am terribly worried, the scan is set for 2 weeks time. I don’t think my head will last that long.
Jo is very stoic, and has had crohns for 20+ years, so leaves everything to be faced when the time arrives, but I just can’t do that.
thanks for listening.
