Aches and pains 12 years on

I had BC in 2004 and had a lumpectomy and auxiliary clearance on my left breast followed by chemo and radio. I went on to develop mild lymphodema in my left arm a couple of years later. 12 years on, and at the age of 47, I have various aches and pains which could just be general wear and tear but I’ve noticed that they are all on my left side. I’ve had problems with my left shoulder and little finger and have more recently developed pain in my left hip and left sided lower back pain. My oncologist gave me a scan so I know it’s not bone mets. It seems more than a coincidence that it’s all on my left side and I wondered if anyone else had experienced this? I’m off to the chiropractor on Friday to see if they can sort me out!
