Thank you so much @cornwall1234. I got there for my 10am appt. It was 11 by the time they were ready for me. Chemo nurse asked if I’d taken my steroids yesterday and today . ‘What steroids’?’ I said.
They forgot to prescribe them to me, so I was turned away (with steroids). I’m back tomorrow, but so frustrated not least because of the psych up to it, but also the time and travel cost.
So, I’m lucky they didn’t put me back a week I guess, but I do it all again tomorrow. Grrr.

@cornwall1234 Hiya! I’m doing great at the moment. I had session yesterday, had first Herceptin injection and that was pretty painless and is feeling fine. Had the docetaxel as well. So far, I am on the steroid high. Went out last night to see some live music, which lifted my soul and I saw some friends. Nice to be out without Christmas crowds. Tonight going out to see some girlfriends for a catch up.
Probably will start to feel the crash over the weekend, under no illusions, but cashing in on the good wave while I can.

Love this!! Glad you’re managing some fun things! All good here. Had bloods today ready to see the Oncologist on Monday and final EC Tuesday. I’m just on countdown to get that out the way x
