I’ve been advised by gynaecologist to have mirena coil fitted to stop heavy bleeding. Although I’m 52 blood tests show I’m not approaching the menopause yet. Really confused by all the conflicting advice and also worried about other side effects. Will talk to bc nurse in team and see what she says.
