Hi,
I went to the breast clinic last wednesday and after ultrasound testing, consultant advised enlarge ducts behind nipple and since than have been very uncomfortable and painful.
The good news was that they didn’t find anything to worry them, but I am still worried as it so painful and the nipple is still not right.
Can anyone advise of being in similar situation or where do I go from here?

I had cysts in my ducts a few years ago, like mastitis, but they cleared up with antibiotics. Maybe pop in to see your GP and see what they say
