I do not regret my recon,it still contracts when I do certain things.If I can’t put up with that my surgeon has confirmed he can use botox or can cut the nerve,but wants to leave it a few months to settle down.He seemed very pleased with his handiwork at the clinic yesterday!
My scars are still red but when they fade it will look even better.
No regrets here!

Just wondering about this jumping boob thing. Is it visible to say another person standing opposite you?
Or are there varying degrees of ‘jumpiness’ !!!

Mine is when I use my arm to do certain things and the muscle contracts in my boob ,making it smaller and pulling it in ,if you see what I mean?.
I think is someone was sitting staring at my boob ,they may well see it!
With some people its more random I think,which would be very distressing.And not everyone has it!

Dotchas,
Do you mind me asking, have your contractions lessened since surgery or worsened or stayed the same? I have some contractions in my boob, sometimes when doing nothing and other times when doing specifics - changing gear springs to mind! Its such a weird feeling - kinda like contractions when you are having a baby - except of course in the wrong place and not painfull 
I think it has lessened a bit,but I read that someone here had been advised to avoid doing the things that cause it so I am trying to avoid it (difficult when one of the things that causes it is wiping my bum!) Mine is my right arm (dominant) so no probs changing gear but I do have a problem clambering out of my wee sports car!
LOL!! I have had a real chuckle here this afternoon what with this and stick on nipples!! Thankfully mine is my left arm so bum wiping is no problem!! These issues are certainly not something I had ever considered I would face having BC!!
At least we can laugh about it!
