I had surgery followed by chemotherapy then radiotherapy first time round. I think neo adjuvant means before surgery and adjuvant is when it comes after surgery. I think every case is tailored to suit the person to ensure the best possible outcome. If I have chemotherapy, it is termed ‘pseudo adjuvant’ because I had it previously.
I get lots of pain in my armpit since the surgery, it’s good that your mum is getting some relief from paracetamol x
fingers crossed, I think once I know the treatment plan, I feel bit better x
