I like the walking article, I think that’s definately within my capability and does make you feel better too.  I’m day 2 of my first chemo, and have been really lucky that it was a beutiful day outside so I could wrap up well and take a nice walk (OK, I didnt go far - but I was pleased with myself :slight_smile: )
