Hi, if you remember me you and I have been living with breast cancer many years. I hope you are living well. I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer from the beginning, in 2003. I continue to receive the best of care from my Onc, who has been continuously present these last eleven years along with his team of doctors and nurses. Just recently I have been diagnosed with some damage to my heart which surprised me but now this makes complete sense and after a frightening time I am looking forward again. I hope to continue to be able to still have active cancer treatment while now having to take into account having treatment and a poorly heart.
Life continues. Thank you Nicky for the advice, I will be back in touch soon. Since signing in and trying to catch up I am really sad to read some are living with renewed progression and pain. Love Belinda. X

You are amazing and an inspiration to so many of us! I guess you don’t think of yourself as “amazing” - living with MBC we just do what we have to do! - but you have been so faithful in supporting and encouraging others on here, whether by posts in the open forum or by PMs.
I’m so sorry to hear of your heart problem, and I do hope and pray it can be managed well - just as your bc has been managed and treated over more than 10 years - and that you can enjoy a good quality of life in your world outside bc.
Oh Belinda, I am so very sorry to hear about your poorly heart , I pray that your treatments for both the cancer and your heart can be managed so that you can continue to be able to fight the b***er for many yrs to come yet, you certainly are an amazing lady, and have been an inspiration to so many of us on the forums , Your kindness and support to everyone here including myself over the yrs has been amazing even though you have been going through such tough times yourself , sending you lots of love and gentle hugs.

I’m so sorry to hear your news but I know a lady who had had active treatment for sometime with her heart condition caused by chemo. It must have been a terrible shock for you.
I’m sure you’ll be monitor closely and I hope that you’ll continue to have treatment to keep the little uggers at bay.
You are one of the stronger supports we have on this site and I know when I was on cap you were so informative and supportive to all of us ladies trying to make sense if the side effects.
I so pleased you’re feeling stronger and hopefully more positive.
