Hi I started Anastrozole 2 months ago and havent had any side effects that I’ve noticed so far. But this last couple of weeks, I’ve been waking up during the night and mornings with headaches. Today I had an Aura migraine which I’ve had a few times pre BC but thought id better check blood pressure. It was high and the machine said moderate hypertension.
Ive never suffered from high blood pressure but the readings aren’t coming down so im wondering if it could be the Anastrozole?
Has anyone had this happen? Thanks
