Hi all
Thanks so much.
I’m just quietly pleased…just wish also that there had been more good news recently on here for others, too.

Hi Barons2
I have read your posts before but I don’t think I’ve joined in on this one as yet! Well done with your good news - it is nice to hear of successes, as others have said on here there has been a lot of bad news recently, so a little fairy magic is very welcome (well, let’s call that chemo shall we? LOL) Have a good Christmas

Hi Bahons,
really pleased for you, great news and well done for getting through that stack of treatment. Was it all through a port this time? Oh I thought the bottom was safe with BC!! Good luck with this next phase of treatment and hope you have great success with it.
Love

Hi S
So happy to hear your treatments have done the business for you – don’t have any experience of “cheeky” Faslodex, but hope it continues to give you great results.

Hi Bahons
I’m delighted to hear your good news too. Long may it continue to work for you.
With all good wishes for the festive season.

Hi all
Thanks for your good wishes.
No, Lily, the bottom most definitely is not safe with bc, but I’ll let everyone know if Faslodex has any hitherto undetected cellulite-busting properties and you all can form an orderly queue…
I had my second loading dose this morning - two injections again, one in each cheek. A pity they can’t use the Portacath, or better still, give me it in tablet form. It’s all a bit of a faff, as it has to be kept in the fridge and then got out in time to bring it up to round about room temperature. The first loading dose was a fortnight ago. I should be safe from the needle (by the look of it, it came from the vet’s) for four weeks or so, as the usual dose is once a month from now on.
Bye for now
X to all

Hi,
glad to see you still have your sense of humour. Hmmm cellulite busting, now you have me thinking.
Everything crossed for you

Thanks Lily
Apart from the indignity, so far there haven’t been much in the way of SEs, apart from an itchy skin (I had similar with Tamoxifen many, many years ago) and aching stiff shoulders, aggravating the lymphoedema OF COURSE. What doesn’t would make a shorter list…sorry, so peeed off with the big L at the moment.
X to all
