For the past few weeks i’ve been having anxiety attacks again , no specific reason for them, take Citlopram, Diazepam, Zolpidem and Tanmoxifen have been taking all of these for over 3 yrs now, nost days just need one diazepam but have had to take 2 or 3 a few times recently…just don;t know why its started again.
Am having a bit of a tiring tine at mo mum broke her wrist last week so been runing around looking after her as best i can what with work as well, my aunt (mums sister) has just found out her bone mets are spreading faster than had been anticipated and is now having her treatment changed.
i’ve now got sinusitis and a chesty cough to go with it too!!
Thoight my anxiety would of settled by now but when i was at A&E with mumhaving her arm manipulated back into shape i had a flippin’ panic attack…haven’t had one for ages …why now??? …reminded me of panic attacks i used to have when having chemo.
Think i’m just knackered,…sorry to moan,…there are lots of you out there with far more reason to moan.
I don’t think anyone really understands how and when stress kicks in. I had a real scare in July after the floods, when the breast with a tumour flared up with incredibly painful skin. The onc. ran tests, and nothing had changed since the last scans 2 and a half years ago - it was the stress of coping with the floods.
I’m now at the end of a nasty cold and I only get those when exhausted.
Sorry about the panic attacks. I haven’t had one now for a long while but I so remember them!
oh Karen, hugs - hope you are feeling better soon. Between your Mum, your Aunt, your sinusitis and cough - you must be well and truly worn down and out. Not a bit surprised you’ve had anxiety attacks - wish I could prescribe you a month on a cruise ship being pampered all day.
hugs
