Hi everyone, I’m back from my holiday with an update. I’ve just come out of my appointment - the doctor agreed my nipple felt much flatter in comparison to my left breast and sent me for an ultrasound. I had the ultrasound around 15 mins later and they said everything looks perfectly healthy! They have advised me to keep being breast aware and checking regularly, and to relax and realise that my body is changing and this is just the new normal for me. The doctors also told me not to be afraid of reaching out again in future if there are any more changes. I can’t tell you how relieved I am, and I am so so grateful for all of your support, you have truly been so comforting to me and I can’t express how much it truly means to have had so much support
i will definitely be checking myself regularly and advising everyone I know to check themselves!!
