Hi everybody tomorrow I go for my WLE and SNB. Since joining the forum have found alot of support. But yesterday my daughter took me out for the day and I was fine then about mid afternoon I started sweating , had a headache and was sick .My daughter had to bring me home I felt like I was going to pass out and was sick again. My husband and daughter say it is anxiety. Has anybody else been like this and could give me any advice.
Sorry to to be natterering on when there are so many ladies going through the same thing.
I think sometimes the way we try to carry on and act normal catches up with us. Your husband and daughter are probably right, it is probably anxiety, and you have every right to be anxious. I found a youtube video suggested on here, very helpful youtube.com/watch?v=KrKPb9jt-GU before my surgery. It is selfhypnosis.

Does sound like anxiety. We are all feeling very fragile and maybe you pushed beyond your bodies reserves…Coffee and cake comes to mind, seriously sounds like a blip…we have them as you know as mentally we very fragile.Maybe the heat, excitement ,crowds was all too much.
I too have seen my Gp re anxiety.was given tablets …up to 3 a day when needed .I have taken 2 tablets over the last 2 weeks so not really needed in my case,Do hope the “experience” has passed and you back on track today
