Hi, had my meeting with oncologist, and having PICC line put in on the 25th and starting chemo EC then T on the 27th, EC 3x3 followed by T 4x2 weeks, would love to hear from anybody who is also starting around this date.  Have decided that Im going to get my long hair chopped off this friday into a funky short style, one that I wouldnt have the guts to have, ready to then shave it off, once it stars to falls out.  Im actually not bothered about my hair falling out, but I know this is quite a stressful thing for a lot of people, what have you decided to do, regarding your hair?  Wishing you all the best on your journey, and hope to find some chemo buddies xx

Hope all goes well for you. Starting chemo on 28th- 3xEC then 3xT. Going to try cold cap… heard mixed things about it. Think I might join September thread? 
What are you doing regarding Covid… are you seeing people as normal or trying to see only a few people? Thanks x

I started my chemotherapy on 4th of August. I am doing 4 cycle of 3 drugs and then 3 cycles of EC. I am 32 years old and diagnosed with TNBC stage 3. About the side effects of the chemo I have already lost half of my hair and nausea is getting worst with each cycle.

Welcome to the forum , this is a very old thread - the dates can be a bit confusing . There is a September 23 starters thread you could join and an August 23 thread which is rather quiet l will post you the links to the relevant section . Good luck with the rest of your treatment .
