Anyone changed from Exemestane to Letrozole?

Hello

I have just had a WLE on my reconstructed tram flap(2005) breast.Margins clear - hooray! This is to be followed by radiotherapy.

I took 2 qnd a half years of tamoxifen followed by exemestane. This has now been changed to Letrozole. Has anyone else made this change and do you have any thoughts/tips re side effects please?

I’ve gone the other way (letrozole to exemastane) due to very bad s/e of the letrozole. Hope it works out OK for you though.
