Onc has decided latest chemo not working and is now trying another hormonal called megace. I think this a last nothing to lose treatment. I have primary breast tumors and secondary skin mets, liver mets along with pleural effusions in both lungs. Left lung is consticted by skin mets and a failed pleuodesis means reacummulated fluid collected in pockets so can’t be drained again. Right lung has lymphangitis and has had fluid drained 3 times so far.
