Very impressed with the physio you’re receiving, what an excellent and proactive idea.
I had exactly the same thing under my arm following the SNB, I don’t know if it was a ligament or not, but it was exactly as you described. My underarm was also very stiff and I felt like i’d never be able to stretch it again! However, several weeks on and it’s much better.
One of the exercises the BCN gave me helped a lot, you stand in front of the wall and then slide your arms up the wall (without overstretching) and then hold for a count of 5, repeat 5 times and 3 times a day.
