I was diagnosed in early August and after a few false starts will be starting chemo in October, followed by surgery. Unfortunately I’ve also got ME/cfs and am struggling with that as long journeys and stays in hospital have knocked me for six, and that’s before I start treatment! Majority of nurses and Drs seem to not be interested when I try to explain what is already wrong with me. Wondering has anyone else with ME got any tips? Thanks x
Hello Knitwit-ni. I do not have me/cfs but do suffer with m.s. I can only speak from my experience and it has been a diificult few months which resulted in me having my first relapse. I am getting over it slowly but surely but the cancer diagnosis is such a maor thing to have to deal with.it has a massive impact on all. Eventually when treatment etc stats thing settled a bit for me. I hope things settle a bit for you and you can find people understand the other issues you have going on. xxxx Mary
