Would really like to meet up and have chats with someone going through the same rubbish! I am 35 and was diagnosed in July, i am starting chemo in a couple of weeks. Would be great to meet up and have a glass of wine! Looking forward to it!

Just wanted to flag up some of the Breast Cancer Care services that you may find useful.
We have a telephone based 1:1 support service where we can organise for a trained volunteer who has been diagnosed with breast cancer to call you.
We also have telephone support groups where you can speak to other women over the phone regularly for 8 weeks.
The other service you may be interested in is the Younger Women’s Forum where women aged up to 45 have a chance to take part in a residential forum for information, support and the opportunity to meet one another. (the next forum in in Warrington on 18&19 September). If you are interested in finding out more or registering for any of these services please call 0845 077 1893.
