Just wondering if there are any of you on the forum from west norfolk having treatment at QEH? I had WLE last tuesday and get results and treatment plan this thursday. Would be great to be in touch with anyone in our area…

I’m in Norfolk, but have treatment etc (chemo and MX yesterday) at the Norfolk and Norwich.
Perhaps we could compare standards of care between the two hospitals :-)? Hope all goes well on Thursday.

Yep, the Big C Centre is very helpful - really enjoyed the free massages and the Look Good Feel Better demo. Do they not have anything like that at the QE2? or offered locally for you?
Is there a possibility of a Norfolk meet up on the cards as (sadly) there seems to be a few of us? PM me if you’d like to.

Hi ladies, I had my treatment at the N&N. Am in North Norfolk - now 6 months post chemo - had WLE and lymph nodes removed last Jan - 4 months later got diagnosis of secondaries to the bones but all in all found the hospital and staff fantastic and the Big C was a huge help. Am doing well - see my Onc next week so hope the good news continues - whereabouts are you Sabby - i agree there are not too many Norfolk lasses on here ! Please let me know if I can give anyone the benefit of my experience - I found this forum so helpful when I was in the midst of everything - the women on here are so knowledgeable - good luck to all, xDebbiex
