Hallo all
I find myself wondering if I have a case to press for, at least, an acknowledgement of omission or neglect AND an apology. To pursue this I need to engage a lawyer first and probably one that has experience of delayed diagnosis cases of BC. I don’t think I need anyone close at hand as long as I have someone who knows what they’re doing and that doesn’t have to be educated by me about BC.
Can anyone recommend a person or a company please?
