Been up most of the night with sweats and chills thanks to tamoxifen so in desperation am considering Climarelle sheets to regulate body temperature. I have heard bamboo bedding is soft and soothing for these times. I do have a lively bamboo material top which feels so deliciously soft on my skin.
Also heard another recomnwnd a chillow.

Somehow i found an old post from 2011 (have lost it now sorry,) but one users dismissed the climerelle bedding, and another was rating wool duvets highly.
For myself i have a light weight duvet, with a lightly woven throw on top. The throw flicks back and forth thru the night.
