well from being told it would take 4 weeks for my appointments to come through i wasnt ready for both of them to fall on my door step this morning
bone scan wens onc thurdsay i got it into my head the longer they took the less i would have to worrie oh well its all go now looks like chemo will start before my grandson is born but on a good note i wont look like a stranger to him when my hair falls out lol cos he will have never seen me with hair

thats how i look at it hun this yr may be a crap yr but i should be over it all in time to take on my grandson while his mom is at work so somthing to look forward too

Looks like we will continue to be running about the same then with our treatment. I got Onc appointment next Tuesday and they said they anticipate it will start straight after Easter.
Not sure if your hospital is the same but at Poole Hospital you can choose what day you want your Chemo on, I think I am going to go for a Tuesday that way its a few days to feel crap then hopefully be ok for weekends. Bear this in mind if you have the same option as weekends tend to be more for family time and you have a big family!
We will do this together girl…we are strong just keep telling yourself that ok

It was Tuesday ‘take it or leave it’ at my hospital because that was when the consultants were there.
dont know about my hosptial will have to see next week unless one of the shropshire ladys that go to the rsh knows
hi honeybee think rsh do chemo on different days mine was always a thurs my friend was on wed.they are lovely there good luck with everything x
my appointment on thursday so maybe that will be my day when it starts just have to wait and see
