Have now been on Arimiex for a year and had my annual eye check up today and was told I have early cataracts and will need surgery - replacement lenses. I just wondered if anyone on Arimidex has had eye problems or if it is just old age approaching? I also have my 6 month mammo and ultrasound on Wednesday so am getting a bit twitchy. A large drink is required!!

Apparently about 5.9% of women in the arimidex trials reported cataracts as a side effect! I’ve got carpal tunnel syndrome that’s driving me mad, again another reported side effect. Where will it end? I can’t even have a drink because the meds for the joint pain are so strong it’s not advisable !!
