Awaiting biopsies results,31 yo,family history and terrified

Hi there
I’ve been reading through some of people’s posts and it’s given me relief to see those in a similar position.
I’m 31 I ran a marathon in April shortly after breathless and tired, chest pains. Assumed asthma and hayfever.
A week ago found a lump next to my armpit but on my breast, this ended up four lumps within 5 days.
I had an examination Friday ultrasound mammogram X-rays, biopsies.
I have been advised 3 lumps one in particular v suspicious - advised to expect the worst.
Really shaken and traumatised with the speed of the lumps, urgency of tests and to have gone from a lump to 4 and likelihood of cancer in 6 days.
Mum had cancer aged 42, a survivor still . Was advised it wasn’t genetic.
Can not sleep v easily waking up with right breast and arm pain .
The chest pains and shortness of breath have now made me panic which then makes pain worse…
Really need to talk to those in similar situation to me, get my results this week .
