Hi I had my first appointment with the Oncologist booked for this morning but I am completely crippled with back pain that started yesterday morning and has just go steadily worse until I cannot move without screaming. Will have to cancel. Feeling very low this morning - the pain is making me feel sick and faint and putting a lot of strain on my operation scars where I am struggling to move(WLE 3.5 weeks ago, Axillary clearance 10 days ago).
Tramadol starting to kick in at last. Managed to phone hospital and have re-arranged the appointment so not feeling quite so stressed about that but hoping I am back on my feet tomorrow…was supposed to be at work this week but have only managed half a day. All my own fault I think - I took my dog for a walk yesterday morning, but she is not good on a lead and I struggle to hold her with my left hand so obviously something was put out with the strain - such a shame as it was otherwise a lovely walk.

Back pain is horrible, keep it warm and rest is all I can recommend, as that works for me.
