Lulu, good news about the seroma, hopefully it will disperse now of its own accord. I had a six month surgical followup, and still have residual seroma left but have been assured it will go eventually. Sorry you have to face the hair loss, but maybe I can reassure you (I know it probably doesnt help much when you are about to loose it) but now my hair is really starting to grow back, from nothing about six weeks ago to about 2.5cm where it was bald, my lashes and brows came back the last two weeks and are almost full lenghts again. That picture was taken in feb just after my dx, so many of my friends sent flowers and cards, it was quite emotional! Fingers crossed paxman works for you, they get a lot of good results! I never regretted sticking with it, despite not being very successful, but I had the choice! X
