Hi everyone out there. Interested in how others have got on with the Becker. Just had my third fill on my implant up to about 450ml now and it is so tight. Every time they have inflated it the space between my shoulder and my boob gets bigger as well! I’m told this is because it is a round implant and that a teardrop one will be put in later. I hope so as I am getting a weirder and weirder shape, no chance of wearing a bra yet. How have others worked out?
Regards
Linda
Hi - yes - I have this wonderful saline implant. Being small chested to begin with, I have only had two inflations - and now ready for replacement silicon (set for next month). The shape is odd at the mo with a very flat top bit when I raise my arm - so I try not to raise it when I don’t have clothes on!! I too am hoping for better shape after the op - I will look out for your post after wards (probably about 10th Aug) and let you know what the finished product looks and feels like.
keep well
Gill
Hiya -
had my replacement op on Wednesday - soooo lucky - first on the list, so no hanging about on the ward. Two days down the line and still quite sore, but the new shape is good.
The dent has been filled quite neatly - and although not able to raise my arm fully yet there definately is not shrinking back into the armpit as there was with the saline one.
onwards an upwards then!!
how is yours doing??
xx
Hi I had a becker implant in 2000. Have had no problems with it as of yet. Gill you talk about a replacement op - what signs did you have that it needed replacing?
Hi - I was told at the outset the the inflateable implant I had would be replaced by a silicon implant as soon as the size was right. Not quite sure why - but is a lot more comfortable than the other. Just have to make the most of my 10 days off work!!
