I am taken the same tamoxifen 20 mg wockhardt at night , I get a couple of hot sweats that wake me , but I’m getting really bad pins and needles in right arm and hand mainly … it’s my second month on them
Hi, I have had the delights of spots appearing on my body. It happens at night perhaps when I sweat.
Since starting Tamoxifen I have had what looks like bites/ hives on the back of my thighs, forearms & even my bum.
I actually went completely mad & thought I’d somehow id gotten a bedbug, my husband remains unbitten!
I’m also waking every night around 4am, found my mood flat too.
I’ve tried taking at bed time & also around 6 pm, no difference in SEs.
Scared to take in the morning as. Don’t want brain fog & sweats at work.
It’s been a nightmare tbh & have recently made the decision to reduce to 10mg but am still waking in the early hours. I’m about 3 months in and on brand Tilomed.
I managed the chemo & RT much better than this hormone therapy.
Also on herceptin injections but the rash only started after the Tamoxifen
