Hi im new here aged 29.I found a small lump at the end of last year that was checked by examination and said to be ok.Two months ago i found a much larger and more solid lump inside my right breast.I had the ultrasound scan and then biopsy today.They said i have to wait a week for results.I have also had skin ulcers appearing.which dint go away with anti biotics.

I’m not sure if you want a response or if you were just off loading your thoughts.
I’m not going to say ‘don’t worry’ as this is impossible. I’m also not going to say ‘it will be fine’ because clearly that’s what the tests will tell you.
What I am going to say is ‘you’ve done the right thing’. Good that you went and had it checked out. Most lumps and bumps turn out to be nothing but you need to act to know this for sure.
Waiting is the worst part, but hang in there, it will past soon enough.

Just offering a bit of sympathy for you over the next week. It can be aweful waiting for results, you sound very calm and matter fact, so perhaps you are one of the lucky ones who is not freaking out and who’s mind is racing over all the possibilities.
Realy hope next week is good news for you, there were two ladies with negative results on here yesterday. If at any point during the week you suddenly think of a question or need to vent do visit the forum, everybody is friendly and remembers what it was like waiting for those results

i have been getting treatment for these ulcers and sores, a really strong drug called roaccuttane. plus antibiotics but im still getting these sores so im worried its skin mets.The breast Lump is slightly larger than golf ball size in my breast.i am worried but I am trying to stay calm.I dont think its helped by the fact my dad has had an endocrine tumour and liver mets which he is getting daily syringe driver medication for.i have found this forum a really great help.As google bashing has prob left me fearing the worst…oh and i get married in 5 weeks time! xx
