Yes, it was that thread that you referred me to that made me worry in the first place ! I think that if people are happier waiting for an hour between taking bondronat and eating then that is up to them. It does help us all, I think, to feel that we are doing all we can.
As for me, I take my Bondronat with a glass of water,then take my painkillers with another glass of water (oncologist told me it is ok to take the painkillers with it). I wait exactly 30 mins then have my cup of tea and cereal. Any longer and I would probably throw up (I know, from experience!) and so the benefit of the bisphophonate would be lost anyway.
