Bras

I know this is a subject close to all our hearts! If anyone is interested, M&S have a lot of bras in their sale at the moment and unusually for a sale, have lots of sizes. There are even a couple of post surgery bras in the sale. I am in the middle of rads at the moment, following a lumpectomy and finding cotton bras with enough support is a bit of a pain. I have ordered lots of bras from their website to try. No doubt I will end up taking half of them back!

Julie.

Hi Julie,
I have had the same problem but went onto my local M&Co and found a lovely soft cotton bra with underband but no wire. They only had one in my size so I went on website and ordered 2 more which I received in 2 days. The site is www.mandco.com and in the lingerie/bra section go into non wired. The one I got was the soft lace underbrand bra £8.00. Only the band is laced the rest is like soft t-shirt material.

I found the vests with the hidden support were better than bra’s for radiotherapy, you could pull the elastic below your boobs and there were no seams or straps to rub your skin, being a tender redhead who burns at the least bit sun this was quite good!

Thanks for the tips. Julie.
